Modifications:

Paws: Same problem than the feet, too short, so I've added a velcro fastening + zipper opening.

Head: Added a fan + some black fabric on the inside top of the mouth. Furflaps are not staying tuck inside the body, added velcro to keep them inside: worked somewhat ok..
Eyes have been moved to try to prevent fogging, helped a bit but it's still fogging a lot even with anti-fogging products ..
Added some padding for the moveable jaw / nose contact inside the head.

Tail: tail was falling all the time, and the foam from the body structure showing badly, not enough fur length neither. => extended the tail structure where it connects to the body, used the left over fur to connect to the body with an added velcro fastening system all around + buttons + belts inside. It sure worked well and I didn't lose the tail at FC , even at the dance and all.
Downside: not very practical to put on.

Holes + a few seams rebuilt

Back zipper re-sewn + foam trimmed

Timduru Light Version(without the body):Tail with belt, + black feet, + paws + head.

Conclusion:
Overall the 'outside look problems' were corrected, however by doing so it also made the suit even more difficult to get in by myself.
will have to fix some of the left problems in V1.3 ..
